Returning to what has always held us
About
Common Ring Collective offers guided forest therapy experiences rooted in relationship and reciprocity—with the land, with one another, and with ourselves. We move at the pace of nature, creating space for rest, reflection, and reconnection in a world that rarely slows down.
Nature Embodied Sessions
Guided group forest therapy grounded in community.
Nature Embodied Sessions are gentle, guided group experiences rooted in forest therapy and embodied awareness. Together, we slow down, listen with our senses, and reconnect with the living world around us. These sessions invite you into simple, grounding practices that support nervous system regulation, curiosity, and a felt sense of belonging. No prior experience is needed; come as you are, and let the forest meet you where you are.
What to expect: a slow, accessible walk; sensory invitations; moments of quiet and sharing; and time to land back into your body and the natural world. What you bring: comfortable clothing, full water bottle, curiosity, and whatever you’re carrying that day.
Sessions are free for members and $25 for non-members. Each gathering moves at a gentle pace, inviting listening, presence, and connection with the land and with one another; without expectation or performance.

This level exists for those who believe in the power of slow presence, listening, and reciprocity with the land; and who want to help make that work possible.
As a 2026 Supporter, you receive:

More than a membership
This is not just access, it’s participation in the ecosystem that allows this practice to grow. Your support helps ensure that forest therapy remains relational rather than transactional, accessible rather than extractive, and grounded in ethical, place-based care.
If you’ve felt held by the forest, moved by the trees, or called to support work that listens before it acts, this membership is a way to give back and move forward together.
Starting at a one time $50, there’s a fee level for everyone. Give what you can, once or monthly, it’s up to you!
